I teach a variety of courses in data science, machine learning, statistics, and programming using both Python and R at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
You can see some of my pedagogical projects on the Projects page. These have largely been supported by various grants from NSF and University of Maryland. You can see more about my teaching and research grants in the Grants section of my CV. Some examples of teaching material are provided in the GitHub Repositories page.
My research is focused on social network analysis, network sampling methods (particularly respondent-driven sampling), population size estimation, data science education, and social science applications of machine learning. You can see the Publications page for a list of my journal articles.
